This is a brave and thoughtful video about a very important aspect of a TS relationship and you speak with truth and sincerity. However for a very articulate, sensitive and caring person I do wonder why you haven’t broached the subject of your body health. It suggests to me that you are not completely able to be honest and frank with your partner and putting up with pain and discomfort in order to please him . If this is the case then you either need to discuss your needs , perhaps ‘plan ‘ for times when you both would like to be intimate or maybe consider discontinuing the relationship.

I understand. I had too tool out my body both ways, it hurts, but it pops out the poison toxins in are bodies. From system drugs killing me against my will in my past, I have to go against the pressure in my body. Communication is always a beautiful thing. So yes definitely be verbal and tell your partner what feels good and what doesn't and when. Second point before you go for 2025 full SRS surgery I strongly encourage you to deeply explore all the complications that are alot more prevalent then what the medical community is generally letting on. I also encourage you to watch Blair White's pod cast on this subject. Your funny and pretty cool, wouldn't want to see have the bad irreversible experience with it that a growing amount of trans people have had.

I'm also MtF, and you can definitely build up to things. Sex is never painful to me anymore, not even a little bit. Regular practice and good lubrication causes your body to get used to things and be less prone to injury.
