Nice lecture. Inspired by this video, I'm trying d-Limonene. It appears to be helping my digestive system, but I'm not yet completely certain. It's still very early. I've not had any mood changes, positive or negative. Though my digestive system could surely use the help, and much of its poor state is my fault, my real interest is in the reversal of senescence.

only if guaranteed organic, and be sure to wash them with soap. Pesticides are fat soluble, penetrate the skin and get stored in the oil vesicles of the shell. I get first the outer layer off the leemon which i prefer and mince it, or at least cut it with a sharp knife into very fine stripes. Then I harvest the thicker white layer, and cut it into stries, which howver are more thick. The white layer has it own benefcial compounds Then soaking both in the lemon juice for an hour or more, and finally diluting with water to reduce the strength of the the acid. The stipes can be added to muesli or yoghurt. When I started that some 2 y ago, the first thing i noted was a significant rectification of my GI tract, inline with what was told here. Onc you started that routine, you never will miss it.
