Hi everyone - things move very fast at Blueprint. Things I mentioned in the video but have now discontinued: • Adipeau, no measurable effects thus far • that brand of electrolytes as I found them to be high in contaminants • raw ginger didn’t work as a tea • the statin I was taking • ketones are now intermittent

What was your rationale for discontinuing the statin? There's a school of thought that decreasing your ldl-c as much as possible (including statin use) may prevent future atherosclerotic disease

Hey Brian! As someone taking antidepressants, who can’t eat peanuts, but am a web developer-curious if you would ever consider a version of the Blueprint website section for diet that is interactive, where you can input medications or conditions you have in order to see an alternative diet listing. I think this level of customization is needed for many people, maybe you don’t yet have the science behind variations on the Blueprint method, but is this something you have ever considered building?

Yeah I agree. But it’s also obviously because he’s wealthy. Combine wealth with being “different”. And you’ll get a lot of hate. Ppl relate emotion to having or not having. So they will always feel victimized by him. Which is sooo dumb lol. Like the simpsons say. It’s a funny thing about advertising. If you stop looking eventually it goes away.

Not sure if I m the only one but my favorite part of this video is when Bryan was correcting himself saying his perception is a clean tongh fix bad breath. Even if there's still potential risk, it's already properly calculated and considered the positive and negative. Your commoner logic doesn't apply to him. He's not contradicting anything. And whatever raw lamb liver the other guy is saying is most likely isn't any better than the well tested, and evidently efficacious accutane. Just because it's natural, doesn't mean it's better, or doesn't have any side effects. Accutane is well researched and tested, whereas raw lamb liver isn't.

The bags are clear so no guesswork required on contents and can labelled if necessary and RE-USED...Food saver do bags and the machine, and of course commercial vacuuming machines for the home are also worth a look as it is the chamber that is vacuumed along with the product.. From a chef/ auxiliary nurses perspective I prefer the commercial vacuum chamber type.. for its longevity... No oxidation, as no oxygen present after the process is complete.. Kindness your way.. 🥰 I don't think your crazy or eccentric. Honestly, this is normal to me. You are a good, healthy and normal individual in my eyes. Since childhood, I've always been the type of person who would pack "their whole world" when taking trips, regardless of duration. Even if I go to hangout with friends and plan to spend the night there, I would bring all the essentials plus extra if anyone might need something. I always have my car pack with emergency items, extra clothing, shoes, sport gear, towels..etc. Of course, everyone finds it odd and till this day, as a 37 year old female, everyone thinks I am weird and that there must be something wrong with me....and people constantly troll me and trash talking and gossiping about me because I look, act and athletically am much younger than my actual age. I'm constantly dealing with a lot of people trash talking about me and the haters all group together and become friends and increase there toxic behavior and hatred thinking it's funny to go around harming others. If being an authentic, good, healthy, caring, considered, empathetic, intelligent, loving, passionate, driven, hardworking, independent, intuitive and morally sound individual whom isn't a herd animal...if this makes me weird, thank goodness, I happy to be "not normal" ☺😘❤❤❤ Keep up the great work. You are an amazing an beautiful human inside and out. Thank you for sharing your passion in longevity and overall health with the entire world. Thank you for using your resources to experiment and find the most effective treatments, foods and beneficial full health regiments and sharing those results both the good and bad with us as well. I personally am very grateful to have the opportunity to live in the same lifetime as you, so that I can learn and grow and improve on perfecting my health care journey. ( I've recently started working on building my own company, I've invested all of my own money into it. Its still a young company, it's no were near where I id like it to be and evolve into but you know every business has a starting point and I hope it's okay that I share a link here to mine. ) Fleurdefeu.co

While Bryan Johnson’s approach is fascinating and can be beneficial specifially i think to raise consciousness and awareness, ultimately, the goal is not to live forever. Its to get your act together and align yourself properly along all the dimensions of your being, and that's the way that all of being is redeemed. fluoride is shit and there's no need for it to be in your toothpaste, your tap water etc. a far better way to support the enamel is to keep exposure to acidic stuff as short as possible and as low in intensity as possible, always flush your mouth with water after meals, only brush your teeth hours after your last meal so the enamel can repair itself and doesn't get damaged by the brush (it's softened after eating). there's no need whatsoever for fluoride in this equation.

Electric toothbrushes are plastic, and so are the bristles in the toothbrush head. Are you really sure you want to be rubbing plastic all inside your mouth and then swallowing the microplastics later after you spit? The best toothbrush is a plastic-free manual toothbrush made with bamboo and boar's hair. You can get plastic-free toothpaste tabs with fluoride and store them in your own container.

@@FHer-kb7gb Exactly. We should do the best we can to reduce plastic wherever possible. Sometimes it's impossible and that's sucks, but many times there are actually ways to reduce it. I think everything you're doing is sensible and admirable. We are stuck with complex and fragile biological organisms and it makes complete sense to take care of them in the best way possible. Few people are able to care for their organisms in the meticulous way you do due to financial constraints and also there is a certain level of disregard for the reality of biological fragility. In any event, keep up the good work. You are leading the way to a brighter future for humanity.

Because your hair falls out as you age, and longevity and aging is more than just internal. Tricking your mind into thinking you are younger by looking and feeling younger. It makes sense to me to focus on appearance too.

hey brother, I really hope you read this, I work in stroke management and develop primary stroke centers. Let me tell you that Statins do not do anything good for you. They’re hindering your capacity to build cholesterol which is absolutely essential for health and studies from which they derive their efficacy have been statistically manipulated to show a reduction and heart attacks but it’s not true. Look into the research and learning for yourself but I just wanted to let you know that tip.

Hey Bryan, I travel for work so I have been trying to figure out the best ways to take blueprint on the road. The pills are pretty easy as you can just bring the whole bottle or do individual servings into plastic bags (or cups like you have in the vid). The powders are more tricky due to the potential for them to open and spray powder everywhere. I have been putting longevity mix in these small plastic tubes that I have leftover from Zipfizz. That works decently well but its a pain to put together, requires a funnel to get the mix into the tubes and its hard to measure. I then put those tubes into a tupperware box to contain them incase of leakage. I have yet to figure out any good solution for the olive oil. I have thought maybe getting the small single serving olive oil bottles might be the best, but the manufacturers producing those are limited.

There’s no essential function for fluoride in your body, not even for dental health. Besides that, it’s in the same category as toxic metals, but you need to intake a lot of concentration to have serious symptoms (even your tap water have some concentration of heavy metals and fluoride).

Bryan, I have a lip balm suggestion. Aquaphor Healing Balm Stick is the best thing I have ever used on my lips. It isn't necessarily meant to be lip balm, so it comes in a large tube, but it's amazing. I have had dried, peeling lips off and on for most of my life and this is the only thing I've found to make a significant difference. It's thick enough to last for 8+ hours (during sleep) but it still has a comfortable slip to it, no weird taste. And it has amazing ingredients for healing and moisturizing the skin. 1000/10

Hey Bryan, I hope you read this comment. I use to not like you that much, I've grown to like you more and more the more I hear you talk. I love your nuanced thinking and philosophical standpoints. You seem like someone who is constantly doubtful and evaluating whether you are correct or incorrect. We as people are often probably more incorrect than correct, we are also not designed to be perfect. I think what you are doing from a physical health perspective is a work of art. I do think what you are doing from an aesthetic point of view is probably only due to how other people perceive your progress. Grey hairs, blemishes etc.... All these things don't matter. If the treatments you are doing to improve those aesthetic biomarkers are costing you progress in other areas don't do it. I think Accutane is a bombshell to drop in a one liner. I've never met anyone who has taken that medicine and been the same afterwards. It is damaging your cells, fucking with your entire psychology as well. Low doses in one country might not be low doses in another as well. For instance i know people who have taken 5mg per day and were horribly effected just like many others. All for what? Some blemishes? You are a beautiful looking person, and what none of those treatments are capturing is your multifaceted personality. Please drop the accutane for your own benefit.
