Thank you for sharing your day. I love the cheerful fabric you're wearing...so sweet! I have my first meal around 11am...the second one is finished by 4 or 5pm. I have been eating low carb 2MAD for over four years and feel too well to ever change. We are in our last days of winter here in Australia...it has been very warm these past few days. I liked seeing your dogs as our dog passed away last year and it still breaks my heart. On a happier note we are going to a holiday cottage near Hornsea tomorrow and hope the weather is good.

I bought bed/chsir risers from Amazon to raise my table - they come in square or round shapes to fit whatever shape your table legs are and the leg end drops into them with no movement.... altho if the ones your husband made work thats great! Enjoy all your videos thanx!
