Bangkok has really built up since I was there! Back in 2004! So many modern high rises now. Some cool looking buildings. I have to go back. Hopefully this year.

Great description. Always interested in new projects/developments. Was wondering if viewing floorplans are available to the public? Couldn't find anything online similar to what you showed in your video.

Well, when I asked the project whether I can present the room layouts, they said yes. I’m just hoping I’m not gonna get a call from their bosses, telling me to take this video down 😂😂😂

Well done, thorough explanation. As good of a presell as I've ever seen. Daniel

Very nice video as always! I like that they're starting to make bigger units again where you got the space to add a homeoffice. How long do you think the prices per sqm will stay between 300-400k for? Up until the date they actually complete or will they change rather soon? Off topic: I just checked your page and remember you used to have a health insurance tab on there that's you no longer have. Would you be so kind to remind me who that was with or is it not available anymore?

Glad you found it interesting. Was a bit concerned people would tune off because I'm just showing pics and renderings. They usually gradually raise prices up until completion. At what rate of increase is up to each developer. I no longer facilitate health insurance and have removed most of my videos on that topic. It's also too complicated of a topic to go public about.

Hey Jett, is there a Thai equivalent to OfferUp or Craigslist where one can purchase used items?

Wonder how high the frequency will be on the sympathetic nervous system in this place?

Howcome the price per square meter goes up when the square meter goes up. I thought the price per square meter always went down when buying more space to save money. Maybe I don’t know but it just seems weird to me

Supply/demand. We’re in an era where people prefer larger units. The price difference is exacerbated in this condo especially because the larger units are on higher floors.
