An interesting project represented by a very formidable developer. Important correction: Not 220 THB per square meter as Ms. Liptapanlop stated. The number she must have meant to say was 220,000 THB. And going by the unit pricing you show the estimate cost per square meter to purchase ranges from to 230,000 for the 1BR to 373,000 for the penthouse. And that does not include the one time "sinking fee" which adds a couple thousand or more to each price tag. Is it true that other big new condo projects have cost per square meters that are twice as big as this project? That does not compute for me based on the prices I have been seeing for some of the projects with similar time frames to completion. Am I wrong? All of this is not to say that I don't love this concept. I do. If I could get 2 units for $400K USD, I would do it, despite the 2026 completion date. FYI, Romm's asking prices now are slightly less expensive than The Four Seasons residences and slightly more expensive than the Oriental residences, two amenity rich condo projects in BKK.

@@markh7304 Why would anyone let a government into their personal finances and investments unless there is some sort of suspected fraud or legal issue? Its a mater of privacy - I don't share my wife and kid with people either...
