Do you guys use plugs at the taces? I was told soddering gives higher currents better performance etc, but if you say otherwise it is as you say thanks?

There is an argument for direct soldering on motor wires, but for VTX’s and so forth plugs are the way to go!

Nice video evan! Where can I get those flight controller dampeners that are shorter? Right now I just cut them a little bit and I don’t know if that’s ok

I usually cut mine just like you and this works great !

@LoganimFPV Use an exacto knife, and slice it top down, in one cut. Very easy to make it straight using a ruler as a guide too

@@rubberonasphalt that’s a good idea. I just used my wire cutters but at the end of the day if it’s slightly off but it stays that way it’s fine. You can just recalibrate the fc

Nice review, but why did you mount a vtx the wrong way, having vtx antena going over the hdzero vtx is not recommended

Interesting! I have heard this before, but have not heard it to be an issue at all at any major events recently. I should look back into it!

I actually just checked the recommended mounting orientation from HDzero, and the way I mounted it was as they said! Ufl on opposite side of antenna with vtx antenna over the fc. Seems like it’s fixed !
