Two Germans in England: Edinburgh was charming, regardless of the weather. We saw hospitality . There were inviting warm places for teatime. The architecture was beautiful. Your Christmas in Edinburgh was wonderful and enjoyed every minute of it. Rain can't damper your love of what makes these cities and villages you tour with us each a classic and wonderful time. Your accommodation was beautiful and you always showcase your places of stay with your excellent commentary and love of fabrics and decor. The meals are a delight and so happy Joerg got his lovely Tweed Jacket. He was made to wear Tweed! Your boots are stunning. We had the privilege of visiting the UK in two different years taking two crossings across the pond on the Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth and this was our favourite city. Fell head over heels in love with it. It was our home base where we spent over two weeks taking the UK's amazing trains from there to all over Scotland and even a day at Windermere when we left the snow in Edinburgh for the day. A blessed and merry Christmas to you!
