I think this might just be the least useful thing you have ever discovered, just beating out the giga rackett as at least that can be used to annoy neighbours, or perhaps be used for a recital trying to recreate the feeling of being next to someone who snores a lot.

You are right about that low E, the alternate fingering should be avoided. I played an alternate high C# on my flute as opposed to the average fingering, I choose to play the average fingering that the alternate.

The GigaRackett is already barely functional at G-2. I doubt that Bb-3 would work at all.
