Yeah KZbin is doing a LOT better with fair use protection. Many creators I watch have talked about getting similar emails from KZbin that you did ("someone tried to pull some fucky shit but you ain't doing anything fucky yourself, carry on"). It has nothing to do with the availability of the video, just KZbin recognizing clearly false copyright strikes. I believe they do also give you a chance to take down the video instead of instantly striking you if they find you at fault. Also, love that Ana put defamation and damage to revenue claims in a _copyright strike_ claim lol. Ana, those have nothing to do with copyright. KZbin only cares about you proving that you own the _copyright_ to the work and if the video is fair use (and btw criticism is part of fair use.) Sorry your own actions came back to bite you but people are allowed to have opinions about the things you say. 😂
