Playing only the black keys or only the white keys is honestly the best advice for beginning piano or keyboard players. There is logic to why the piano is the way it is, and many people forget the minimalist simplicity and give up on the instrument too soon. One of the musical ideas you showed in the video slightly reminds me of the sounds you hear when someone plays something like a marimba or xylophone with 2 mallets in one hand. Also, that sounds amazing and is easier than one may think.
