Despite what Pitt fans think, Pitt is to paraphrase Clint Eastwood “A legend in his ( their own mind.”). They have poor home attendance except for ND, WVA etc, they do not have an on campus stadium and they are fair at best at Football and basketball:

Hey - Ute NCSU academics is ahead of Pitt in us news ranking- so do u mention that NCSU would be lead in academics were they to join Big12? Or do u choose not to mention if it’s ncsu ?

ACC is soon to be a Tier 3 Conference.
