Just in case it hasn't been mentioned, Slayer's command grab is called Bloodsucking Universe, and it empowers his next special move to always count as a counterhit if it lands, so instead of the giant COUNTER you see in Strive, they gave it a custom UNIVERSE callout

Bloodsucking universe is Slayer's bite command throw, which powers up his special moves to have guaranteed CH properties. The special "UNIVERSE" counter hit just clarifies that. And yes, Dead on Time is so fast that he flies out of his clothes to punch you. 7 frame start up and 1 frame after flash full screen super. Good twist on the original bionic arm super.

For season 4 I want Ryu, he's Japanese so maybe in Strive he'll be strong because in SF6 he is not, and no, Capcom is not going to make him like Luke-tier in Season 2.
