By that logic shouldnt hero crit + super mushroom be considered on top of oomph/psyche up. Super situational but can still be done in tournament

All the other moves listed could reasonably be used or at least attempted once or more per match save for game and watch bucket in certain matchups. A 1/8 off of something that is 2% off of a rare move isn’t exactly a tournement staple. It would be like rating peach bomb. Course it’s strong but it’s not useable in the large large majority of matches

I would consider a crit a power up, so with hero I would do crit up smash with oomph and psyche up.
