- mutations have different colours than shinies and of course their normal colours - mutations are a coinflip whenever you get a shiny so same odds i guess? - mutations were made to be found in eggs and fossils. it was a special case last event when they were in the wild but from now on they will primarily be in eggs.

Let's say you like the female one better than the male one and you want its shiny. There's a real chance you just get multiple male ones before getting a single female one, which is kinda dumb. (I guess it'd be good for Tombini? But I don't think breaking a chain for something you don't want is fun.)

There will always be a chance of getting every other tanorians before getting what you want, very annoying but it happens, i see no difference of another variant

fossil odds seem too high imo, 1/512, even with all 5 slots, on average it would take 5 hours for one shiny/mutated fossil, and thats if you have infinite fossils before you start reviving, then you've got the 50/50s for mutateds and shinies, and the chance you get something you already have. I think that the odds should be halved or quartered for them to be fair
