Thank you, I think this can save my life. I have had low thyroid for years and recently overdosed on medication sending my blood pressure to 200. I hope I have cured my low thyroid and with these exercises can have a fully functioning thyroid again. I love the presentation the room color and the simple directions and the wonderful lady demonstrating. You are a good teacher.. my husband showed me this video. I need to do this every morning, afternoon and evening so very calming for my thundering anxious too busy life. Such a very powerful medicine.

Damn, I tried 11 minutes of this yoga and already feel the change. I just had 30 shrimps before, 2 eggs in the morning and feeling so bad and my head was dizzy and such a bad situation and when I did this for 9 minutes, it gave me so much relief. I would try to finish it and do it every day.

Just wonderful, I've been looking for "how can i get rid of tinnitus at home?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Good video. thanks. namaste. but blood pressure gets higher as you body degrades with age. blood brings nutrients to you body. when blood pressure rises, it s because your body is trying to heal itself and bring more nutrients (that is the job of blood to take oxygen and nutrients to body tissue). turns out high blood pressure in older people 60 to 65 isn't a problem and isn't associated with any health risk, although the meds are. Confusion starts at bps of 180 sys and up,so that is a concern. but good video.
