Thank you team , For making such a nice video My BP was 170/105, I did some pranayam but I got little benefit, after doing the breathing exercise as you showed step by step , I checked just now my BP is 156/96, excellent video God bless you all💕💕💕

This is good, i never thought about the head movement part before but it seems to really help. I also put noise canceling headphones on which allows me to hear my internal breathing but not other noises around me, combined this seems to be very beneficial and calming.

Amazing same here, mine was around 150 by 100, and yes 5 mins 130 by 85 too! How long does it last? And would it be cheating doing this before seeing the nurse for a BP check?

i think any yoga will help lower pressure because it makes one slow down and pay attention to breathing which is always good if you can control it as in yoga....
