Easy Trees 5 Ways | Suitable for Beginners | Watercolour Tutorial | Loose Expressive Style Sketching

Let's paint different trees in watercolour! This is a beginner-friendly video with written commentary on how to paint five different kinds of trees in watercolour in a loose and expressive style.
You can use your own colours and make the trees uniquely yours. I recommend a dark green, a cool blue, a yellow, an orange, and a few different browns. Below are the materials I used:

This was so great! I had fun just practicing these in my sketchbook. I loved doing the barren tree because it really made me focus on working on trunks and branches that are in that perfectly sketchy realm. I keep overworking them snd then all of the sudden they’re blocky like a kindergarten drawing 😂

I think I have found the DaVinci caseano brush, series 490, but I think it is called a quill liner rather than a mop and I can only find a size 2 rather than a 0 through Amazon. I might have to consider Jackson’s for the size 0.
