Hello , I am a fan of AK lectures. The way you explain things, it is just amazing. But I found may be two mistakes in this lecture. 1.You told 'into the mouth of that foetus' but Foetus is prenatal phase. 2.And Oxytocin is not secreted from anterior pituitary rather secreted from posterior pituitary. Thanks

Also, you refer to alveoli as another name for lobules, but I think a lobule actually consists of several alveoli. Apart from that, I too really enjoy your videos!

Does hypothalamus stimulate anterior or posterior pituitary gland?...please clarify
@drwidamalik4483 жыл бұрын
Hypothalamus stimulate pituritary gland both anterior and posterior parts
@evansawutey5215 Жыл бұрын
@@drwidamalik448 Hypothalamus sends on and off signals to the pituitary gland. First it sends on signal to the posterior pituitary gland to secret oxytocin which helps to contract the myoepithelia cells and off signal to the anterior pituitary to stop the activities of the prolactin inhibitory neurone to allow prolactin to be released into the blood stream for milk production.
