At first glance studying human anatomy may appear very difficult. It's true that it's not simple and your studies will not change that. As for being overwhelming, this can be solved if you take your study one step at a time. I found an article on Sebs Study Crammer extremely helpful for this.

There are many components to relieving sciatica pain naturally. One resource I discovered which successfully combines these is the Fergs pain ease (check it out on google) it's the best blueprint that I've heard of. Check out the unbelievable information .

I seem to have limited extension ROM combined with anterior pelvic tilt. I was just wondering, does the ball and joint itself have any mechanical stops that prevent over extension. I'm aware that tight quads & hip flexors can limit extension, I was just wondering if the ball & socket itself has a mechanical stop.

The content is very good but the music interferes rather then helps. If somebody would keep describing the slides instead of the music playing, it would probably be very powerful. Thanks

Question: I've had right hip flexor pain for the past 5 weeks, I've done spiriting and few hours later, my right hip was in so much pain. I rested 3 days then the pain decreased a lot but it's still there. I kept working out 5 times a week and the pain never increased nor decreased, on a scale of one to ten, the pain is 2 to 3... What should I do to eliminate the pain? is resting completely and icing my hip enough? please advise.
@cpk_2921 Жыл бұрын
How was you after the recovered from the pain. And how the pain passed.
@MsNadezhda9 Жыл бұрын
I feel perfectly fine now! I can run easily and workout without pain. For my recovery, all I did was stay at home and not to move or walk for 14 days. After 14 days of compete rest, I went back to workout very slowly and easily. And thankfully the pain didn’t return back. If you have such pain, rest and don’t move much, and make sure to workout only when you don’t have pain, don’t stretch your hip as it is already over-stretched.
@cpk_2921 Жыл бұрын
Thank you so much for the advice. I tried to stretch so much but still pain and now I'll rest instead as your advice.

MRI of dorsal spine with contrast suggests normal study. Impression MRI screening of cervical spine suggests degenerative disc disease at C4-C5 to C6-C7 levels. MRI screening of cervical spine suggests early disc bulge at L5-S1 level. Suggested other investigations and clinical correlation.

How can I achieve a split without hurting my hip?
@TiKayStyle5 жыл бұрын
You have to an 90° Extension (like sitting on the ground) and than doing a Abduction. Then you can achieve a 180° Abduktion without getting in trouble with you joints. Kids also can change there joint and are able to learn a 180° Abduction with straight hip. If you mean a Sidesplit, then the most part is done by the leg infront of you. The other leg makes a 15° Extension while you backbend. Looking at the numbers and we get 15° Extension +125° Flexion = 140° Split ... so you could also twist you hip to the outside (so your knee only touch the ground from the site) then you can go deeper.
