Are you serious? If your guest are on the bottom bed, you cannot use the main bed! I have found at least 5 serious flaws. And I HAVE seen many, many tiny homes. Some are perfect. This one is cute, very pretty, but not functional

Talking about bed... are you sleeping and not paying attention? haha j/k I had to watch it over and over because I loved it and I, too missed some stuff the first few times but when I discovered the 'missing' I felt I found another treasure in this so fweaken well designed tiny home! I have looked at a LOT of tiny houses, and even visited a tiny factory. NONE of them can touch this design. It’s perfect! As a senior, I could be totally comfortable in this beautiful home. No lofts to climb, and lots of storage. This is a home to love, but I’d park it in Florida where I live. I plan to never have to see snow again! 😁❤❤❤

Very cool - too many tiny houses have a hard wooden bench that people call a “seating area” - this one actually pays attention to comfort! One thought to maximize the shelves above the sink is to have the bottom of the one over the sink open and make it into a dish drying rack. We did that in one of our small apartments and it was both space and time saving - no need to have a drying rack on the counter and you don’t have a separate step to put dishes away!

This is a very unique home with awesome innovation. However there is no range or oven. It really isn't even possible because of the kitchen size and the removable section + washer/dryer. I really like the closet in the shower idea though. Super unique and a great use of space. Same with the sliding pantry.

Wow, I watch a lot of tiny home design shows and this is just a stellar design. I’ve not seen so many winning ideas in one design. Kudos on your creativity, ingenuity and craftsmanship. I wonder how the client has found the kitchen bathroom closet in practice, but it sure is optimised. The washer dryer solution is genius!

Ana White, you are very smart and detailed. I just think that for anywhere, specifically Alaska, it is lacking clothes storage space. People tend to need more space for winter clothes and that tiny home barely fits clothes for 1 person. Fridge is also super small. In cold locations, bad weather, or off the grid locations going t9 the market can be difficult. Everything else is absolutely brilliant! Great job.

I think putting a full sized closet where you have the entry way cupboard and coat hooks would have been a better use of the space. It could double as a pantry and you could still put hooks and chalk boards or even a full length mirror on the outside of the doors.

This is definitely the most amazing Tiny house build I have ever seen. Typically you have to give certain things up in order to live in a tiny house but this truly does have everything!! Fantastic Job!

Very clever design! A lot of these ideas would translate well for use in a conventional home also. Great for streamlining and encouraging less accumulation of “stuff “. A ventilation fan in the bathroom would be ideal to help draw out moisture. Creating the ability to open the plexiglass at the top of the structural wall for the bathroom would also help with any ventilation issues and help to dry out the shower and closet area after use. It would also be great to raise the television just a few inches so it can be used when the bed is lowered. It could do triple duty as a gaming screen, monitor and television for the living area and bed. Very cool tiny house!

The tv crossed my noggin too...just a couple of inches higher...I’m wondering how it works to have a guest in the guest bed, while one is in their own bed above them. Bunk beds, might be awkward unless the guest is family if you’ve known them forever. Hope they don’t snore. SLUMBER PARTY! Jk. I LOVE this design and clever problem solving!
