This is something I'm interested in but them advertising 15 bucks and charging 12 shipping really rubs me the wrong way like just advertise it at 27 dollars

Yeah. Tons of people are advertising it as being half the price of the 8bitdo. The issue is 8bitdo offers free shipping all the time. So they cost virtually exactly the same amount and 8bitdo has been doing controllers forever. I'd rather just buy the 8bitdo Ultimate C.

True, came in here to say the same thing. You're paying the controller cost plus shipping either way, it's just how it's represented. It seems their tactic worked. 8bit duo just rolled it into their total cost. Since there is no way to get this in USA without shipping, unless you happen to find yourself in shenzen and have some space in your bag to take some back, that's effectively the price point you're looking at.

Do you have an opinion on which controller is better? It turns out they are both about the same price on Amazon, the main difference I see is the Trigger Travel

@kyledupont7711 ah. Gotcha. I'd go with the 2C, but that's just my opinion. I don't even have the 2C, but if it's the same price, then I'd go for that one. 8BitDo quality is so dang good.

It's $12 per item. So you'd be paying $48 in shipping costs if you were to buy four of them. 🫠

I mean, sure. Their official online shop in China not charging for shipping makes sense since it's considered a local shipment. Makes complete sense, IMO.

​@@baldlyrudy I know. I am just confirming that this is the real price without shipping. Shipping cost from China has been unstable since 2020, and I expect it will increase even more in the upcoming months. Without subsidized postal rates, China will finally have to play fair with other nations.
