Philippine media should stop misleading Filipino on EEZ by referring to it as "Philippine waters" or "territory". I can't believe that ANC dudn't bother to correct the title even as Ray Powell correctly explained EEZ as still part of international water where anyone is free to navigate within

@@generationx-max It's wrong & illegal when they harass, whether within Phil EEZ or anywhere else in the world. The fact remains, that EEZ is still NOT Philippine waters or territory. Their presence, per se, is not illegal, nor an intrusion.
