I took over Real Madrid in 2034 in my Journeyman save, and I downloaded this tactic, but changed the formation and roles while keeping the team instructions. I made it slightly asymmetric as a bit of a tribute to fluid, relationist play instead of strictly positional. I ditched the DM, and instead went with a CM-BWM(de) (Camavinga), CM(au) (Bellingham or one of the regen CMs), and then pulled the AMR back to MR and put him on W(at) (newgen winger, dude scores and assists for fun). And then in front of them, either a W(su) or IW(su) in that AML position, where I have two decent newgens (sometimes Wirtz too) so I let the role depend on the player's stronger foot, next to an SS (Wirtz or Bellingham) and Endrick as an AF. Endrick hasn't scored a lot before I took over, but now he's my tap-in merchant! I switched the BDPs to CDs, for no reason other than both my centre backs having middling passing skill. They still pass the ball, they just don't take huge risks. I kept one WB (su) and made the right-back an FB (su) just because he has more defensive skills. I kept most of the player instructions, just removed them all from the CM(au) and let Bellingham figure out what he needs to do by himself, using purely his player traits. It's a lot of fun to play this way, the players' individual creativity and traits really shine through. It's been half a season. So far, 2.47 points per game, 2.94 goals per game, 2.11 non-penalty xG per game, but an xG overperformance of 12.52. Not sure if the base tactic would have worked even better, but I'm having tons of fun by just making it asymmetric.

Josh I don’t know what your record is, but I didn’t loose, “71” games with real with this tactic! I didn’t get those individual stats with the players, but this tactic is brutal!

I wanted to try this template using FC Barcelona, and the truth is that at first it worked well, but I could never get them to score many goals and now against the weaker teams and against the stronger teams I can't get a win. It always ends in a draw or a loss, even using the best squad available, they concede many goals at the beginning, and then they can't score, could you recommend a squad that would suit me better? It's very frustrating
