Hopefully some of these problems can be resolved this year: (1) Providing the slides or (2) Video recording the slides instead of the audience members who look awkward at being video recorded when there's a presentation going on that should be recorded instead.

Camera man is as bored as I am but, yes, I have to agree. And the fact that her slides don't show up is another negative.

Ha! At least you can find much better versions of the same slides in her other KZbin videos

Thank you so much for this explanatory video. Beautiful! The techniques helped alleviate tightness and obtain some slight relief. I'd like to know more on specific adjustments, having complex spinal issues post MVA, including a herniated L5-S1, as you mentioned. Thoracic and Cervical issues too unfortunately. I am very grateful to God, the Source, the Universe, primarily, and to my fabulous and gifted doctors, therapists, chiropractors, and counsellors. I'd like to connect further, if possible, Esther. Namaste 🙏💐❤️☮️

A sheep-shearer's harness would work. Saw one many years ago in a movie set in Australia, it was enclosing the ribcage and tied (adjustable) to the rafters of the barn. Reversing gravity by keeping the back elongated, lifting the upper body.

I appreciate what you are sharing Esther, it is helpful and makes sense. However, I can't rid my mind of the adverse ossification process that occurred to most modern westerns from infancy. As a corrective exercise and movement practitioner I encourage the 70 % tissue tolerance concept when teaching archetypal postures but if only we could squat and move like the beautiful people from Orissa!! I feel robbed from that birthright and I am certain I am not alone :-(

Ubang tribe ??? You are referring to Iban tribe, however the photograph is of two Penan or Punan men, the last nomadic tribe of Borneo , mainly residing in Sarawak. Your work is fascinating but disappointing you have not checked your info on indigenous people. I also noticed you referred in another clip of your work to countries Africa and Ethiopia . Africa is a continent not a country.

This video is a scam. The same kind of content blocking is also there in her TED talk video. Now that's something I call primal.
@smartcatcollarproject56996 жыл бұрын
I think Greeks and Egyptians and Romans did just like we do, they only made statues of healthy, good looking people, not the average guy... If someone would look at our top models, they would say these people are so fit and healthy, that's unbelievable ! Now there was a much more intensive natural selection going on, many with light health issues would not survive, as comfort and medicine was also much more primitive than today... same thing with today's last hunter-gatherers tribes...
