Anchor Hotel

A short video of my time as proprietor and Licensee of The Anchor Hotel in Kippord, SW Scotland. The poor old place was on it's knees when we took over and within 18 months we were banging out up to 400 meals a day, catering for private functions and weddings and acquired our first Good Pub Guide entry.
