For those who are watching i am growing my hair very fast i use african shea butter (yellow kind) i put it on my braids. I use the bark she mentioned in a spark bottle on my braids. I bought it in a doo grow treatment. I also use african black soap. Its fresh and it melts easily, i hope that helps. I havent used the rooibius tea before but i wouldnt mind trying it.

Ghee is clarified butter and you can also just make it yourself using unsalted butter made with milk from grass fed cows. Then add your essential oils. Rooibos is great internally and externally so is lemongrass commonly found across the continent (Africa). It's best to let tea brew in hot water or do a cold infusion overnight. Very few teas can be boiled without killing all the benefits. With baobab, one must be cautious. Baobab is high in vitamin C like amla and may dry hair out if not used properly. Always make sure to mix with some oil or butter. Palm kernel oil is great but has a strong smell when extracted with the traditional method and is best used as a prepoo or hot oil treatment. Oils and butter are used in haircare to mimic sebum. Herbal teas in general are great for hair as they contain vitamin and minerals that can help with detangling, nourishing and strenghtening when used as a rinse. It's great to name all these products but it's equally important to advise viewers to always make sure to test on a small area before using. Fact that a product is natural and/or organic doesn't mean that anybody can use it and that it won't create an allergic reaction. Always be cautious and introduce only one product at a time to ensure you can quickly identify it as the culprit if running into an issue. Great content! Thanks for sharing 🙏🏾

You can also research online. What is ghee, it is a butter made from cows but not western cows. There is different ghee's they are made or processed differently. So do research yourself you will learn more because your questions will be answered right away . Plus you can't believe everything everyone tells you. What may work for some don't work for you. Trust this. I do my own research however I enjoy reaffirming through videos

Ghee is clarified butter. It’s super easy to make, but you can buy it at any grocery store. It’s going to be on a shelf, not in the refrigerated section. After opening the jar of ghee, keep it in a cool shelf away from heat and sunlight, otherwise it will become rancid. The consistency of ghee is very similar to coconut oil. It’s solid, but will melt quickly in your hands. A little goes a long way. It works really well on skin too. I’ve used it on myself and my children (elbows, knees, heels, cuticles, and hands). I often apply a little bit of ghee around my eyes at night too.
