If that thing worked, very Jamaican woman would have long thick hair. My grandmother used that on mine and my cousins hair. My hair is long and thick but only because of genetics. My cousins hair struggled to grow.

Genetics isn’t the only factor in your hair growing and being full. Your environment, diet, and stuff your put in your hair also determines it. It probably worked for you but your cousin probably hair needs something different. Hair is not doomed from birth cause of genetics most of the time.

How fo you make a oil with it?

Like you would with aloe vera cut into much smaller pieces and soak it in your oil of choice, you could leave it in for about 15 days before straining.
