Since my guess is the original audio said “what the F#@!” That would be a violation, so instead of re-recording the entire sentence, it sounds like he just recorded himself saying, “Hell” and overlayed it with the original audio, you are probably hearing “Pell” due to the unnatural sounding sentence, due to it being altered.

Mike's confirmed they would've gone down a completely different route. RotD wasn't like Lost Sands where it was Golden Sands either becomes a Pirate Port or a Reaper Garrison, it determined the direction of Sea Of Thieves entirely.

That's the thing that kind of upset me. See whether we sacrifice pendragon or not. Flame heart was coming back. There was no stopping it. They built up too much around him to just not do it So even if Pendragon was still around, the burning blade would still be showing up

​@@Jonrocks7 Players care primarily because the emporium sees more attention than the main game itself in mostly all cases. The emporium constantly gets brand new ships with unique models, new weapons with unique models, new costumes, all emotes, all pets, and NOW they have begun adding curses. The game is solely cosmetic focused, and some of the better-looking ones are slapped behind that same paywall or immense gold sinks/commendations that not every player can invest time to do at least in a reasonable pace.
