The approach of museum staff is marvelous and inclusive . That child will forever be impacted by the forgiveness and the invitation to return to the museum for a guided tour!😊

@@r_man-o5o , the museum is responsible, they were sloppy. Even an adult could have broken the vase by accident.

This jar now restored and complete after Brokenness will become a testimony of the restoration that is coming on a greater level the loving response to this accident will speak to the True Heart of Love acceptance and forgiveness of reconciliation The Mending after Brokenness is a massive sign of what is to come from the ancient into the future❤❤❤

You got it so right ..the Japanese likes to repair broken jars with pure gold adding value and beauty to it which is called Kintsugi. God as the Potter is the one who molds us into His perfect vessel and He usually uses our brokenness to bring beauty to our ashes ..I see this as a prophetic insight that this ancient artifact has been broken...God is speaking 🗣️

@@lilycpeace5259 thank you for beautifying my simple expression with wisdom and understanding , lilypeace(Shoshannah Shalom!) I have not known the term Kintsugi until you overlaid my earthen words with your higher gold. May we see the Fulfillment of what we have described here, soon , as in "OneDay" Arising out of the ashes of sorrow, brokenness and loss in this entire Nation and World... just as the mercy and lovingkindness of the museum is turning the broken places in this little one and his family back to beautified wholeness...you are correct...It is a concrete prophetic act happening in our DAy.. @@debrabates4630 Amen amen to your prayer. Yes I see this as a prophetic sign..for God is speaking 🗣️ volume through all events and only those filled with His Spirit and sensitive to Him are grasping what He is trying to tell us. Our brokenness is being adorned by the hands of the potter for His Glory alone. We shall Arise to preside & reside. Shabbat shalom to you..with much love 💕😘

Nothing is more important than a human being, a child; museum’s fault for not properly protecting the item and using common sense for such a valued display.. Glad they are considering the families feeling and the child particularly.. We get to attached to “Things” , the things if this world will decay, burn, get stolen.. but life is precious…

As much as we are told to not touch ancient artifacts due to the oils on our fingers, I’m really surprised this piece was so accessible. I’m surprised the parents didn’t keep a closer eye on the child. How kind of the museum to invite them back! As incredible as the piece is, it is true that the human feelings & forgiveness are more important than an inanimate object.

No it’s not okay, the museum staff were foolhardy to not have the precious article display being manned. The kid did what kids do, the docents were being stupid.

Awe... Poor lil thing... 😢 I'm 38 and I am really clumsy because I have balance problems because of my problems in my eyes and for sure I am not someone who is gonna judge a lil kid for be a lil kid full of curiosity but I just dont go to places where are delicate items. I can't handle the pressure😂 I'm glad the owner understood the lil kid. Bless his heart.

What the, No. Don't do that, no way . Put things like that behind a barrier. Leave things that can not be broken out, but NOT 3,5000 year old treasures . No way what so ever. Not happy Jan.

Ancient items should protected to avoid this, Museum fault. Basically those "ancient" items are junk and a child broke it, no harm done. Just glue it back.

😂❤ I would ask the mother and child to hold hands with me and walk over to the vase. "This has to be cordoned off, so the pieces can be collected and put together by archaeologists. But here we see one form of ancient history, which has now been converted into another form. That is, young man, your forgiveness. Yes, you broke this ancient vase, but that is as they say ancient history."
