Daggerwin, I've seen that buying a lot of greenhouses and setting them to automatic selling is a great background income. Also, there's the automatic greenhouse watering mod where for a fee you don't have to do any manual watering. I know it may sound like cheating but Automatic watering does cost money so it wouldn't be that unreasonable.

Daggerwin, I would like to recommend getting Goats for you. You already have the milk processing plant, the tanker, and are making grass and hay. That is a big part of the cost of getting goats. Yes the barn/pasture will be a big cost as well, but you do have a lot of what is required to make a decent amount of income from the Goats with their milk and cheese. You should check the treePlant file in your savegame folder. It shows the remaining hours until the next growth stage. Some other people in the FS discord and myself had completely broken ones there, it showed 4000 hours for the next growth stage which is 15 years in the game. With 6 growth stages for scotch pine that results in 90 years for a fully grown tree. It does not seem to happen all the time but it definitely happens.

Yes we do love a tidy yard. The additional shed was a great addition. Yes Giant really messed up with the constructible. One would logically expect the cost to be something like 50% cheaper doing it yourself, and likely 90% cheaper, even if one had to purchase all the materials. Can’t say that I will be constructing anything for a while

I have no interest in farming in real life. Didn't play FS before this series. Went to do my military service in October and started watching this series at night time every day. Have not missed an episode since. Now when I get home on the weekends, I borrow my sister's PS5 and play some FS25. While the 30fps 4k is tough, you have got me hooked to a game I never thought I'd enjoy. Coming from a background of STRICTLY FPS games and now I'm having a blast driving tractors. You have some pull dude, good stuff.

15:15 time to upgrade the Massey with a chiptuning in the garage/workshop. 16:05 you can exit of you drive forward and make a right. No need to reverse or make difficult turns after unloading at the cattle dealer.

Swap that articulated tractor out for the Fendt 200V, it’s made for olive groves and vineyards. And also build a small sheet down by the chicken coop for the skid steer and its attachments, since it stays down there almost all the time.

Everytime Daggerwin uses its texture tool, billions of insects' habitat dies :D You should anticipate a bit more your buildings placement, polish their surroundings to make your farm a bit more organic, blended in nature. Just my two cents. Personally I prefer concrete texture where I'm placing hard structures, gravel for the roads. Finishing by putting back grass (texture + the plants) everywhere I should not drive (or where I messed up plowing new fields). I still appreciate the video series, but please don't mess up the construction mode ;)

You can get corseplay for the vineyard pruning. It has a vinefunktion you can use. then the tracktor/harvester won't drive against the vines.

So I just bought the oil mill for my rice, that thing is a cash cow when sold at the best price. Almost 200k from about 26k of rice. The regular rice is so much better then long grain rice but if you max it out, long grain rice is like doubling your profit though the recipe is worse then regular rice.

I've been playing fs22 a lot again recently and came across a mod that's pretty interesting. And I believe it might be fun to include in a future series of fs25, if it's even available for fs25. It's a mod, actually a series of mods, that require you to put extra work in greenhouses for extra efficiency/yield. This includes seed, fertilizer and empty pallets; the latter of wich are from another (sister-)mod that allows you to build empty pallets. I believe it also has some other productions that'll require pallets and stuff. And there are a lot of settings you can tweak for the best experience. To be fair, I haven't tried it out for myself yet because i'm to far in one of my save-games. But wanted to mention it here, maybe you'll be able to include it somewhere. Anyways, thanks so much for your video's. It's great for me as a distraction for some less amazing personal stuff. Keep it up!

Daggerwin, you should really consider giving a chance to using SimDashboard over regulag keyboard. If transforms your smart phone / tablet or anything else you have into a digital control / display surface for just about any (simulator) game. Also once you get to know it better, you can create your own custom layout.
