I have no doubt that with your firm kind training you will turn Diablo into a well mannered and wonderful horse and a pleasure to be with. Look at Farouk and the progress he has made under your care. I, like many of your followers, am unable to ride anymore but your videos have brought back many happy memories, but more than that, a real interest in watching your training methods and and the wonderful way you look after your lovely horses. Also Rens and Steve’s progress in learning to ride is very interesting. Thank you. M

I'm impressed with your understanding of the discipline Diablo needs. It's hard to start a colt that hasn't been handled and you are doing it the right way. There is nothing cruel in your requiring that he respect you and teaching that he isn't the dominate party. You are a good trainer. I'm impressed too with his response to you when he is free. He definitely hooks on to you and your husband. What a fine disposition he'll have when he learns to be led and not to lead.

Diablo turned to Rens then you for reassurance & guidance on how to react, if at all, when faced with the intimidating bulls (just precious how they look on at the new arrival). Wonderful to see & bodes well for future unknowns. He's a sweet, curious boy. Then, in the stall he explores the rope with his whiskers & lips, figuring out what this new thing is.

Yeah, this is a great channel. I don't even remember how I found it. I've never ridden a horse or even been particularly interested in them--until now. I love watching your videos. I miss having horses so much your videos have inspired me to try to start my own business of raising Arabians and using them for therapy for autistic children and veterans with PTSD and such. I get such inspiration from you and your videos I just had to tell you about my dream business. I am 56 and single with only my son and his family as my support system. He lives in Colorado and I in Texas so I am pretty much on my own. I am a disabled veteran myself so I really want to help other vets. I spent most of my childhood and through high school riding, breaking, training, and owning horses. After I was married it was sporadic times with horses. I love Arabians and I want to show people how beautiful and living they are. I wish we were in the same country because I would love to work with you on my dream business. I respect your abilities and knowledge and especially your care for your horses. Please keep the videos coming. You really help motivate me to get out there and start my business. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Sam

With your guidance and care he will grow into a true beauty inside and out.

Least Diablo has a dad to follow. All the bulls staring at Diablo as if he is the teacher & the bulls are the pupils. Diablo is saying dad you’ve scared my pupils away, while I was showing them how to be a horse.🤣😂😅. We have that problem in Australia the weather forecasters 👨💼tell you there going to be heavy rain with storm the next day or so, so you don’t water your garden & the next day it’s sunny not a cloud in the sky. 🤦🏼♀️🤷♀️. 🤣😂😅 You will do amazing job with Diablo, Tara (tough love). I hadn't seen the first 3 days with Diablo - he really shows so much common sense for such a young colt. He may be a bit bossy, but he really seems happy to let you take control of him and like Bella, he doesn't seem to get too worried about things. Their personalities speak very well for Andalusians.

Youngsters, whether they are human or animal, need to learn boundaries. The world is full of those who have not had this teaching and we can see the result of that, can we not? You are doing a marvelous job with Diablo. It is vital he learns his place and what is, and is not, acceptable behaviour. That will make him a safe and happy horse. It so sweet to see him interacting with you all. What a promising young chap he is! I look forward to his development with much interest!!! Keep up the good work, Tara!!! You know I’ve said this before, but everything you do teaches him something. Oh, he’s a little monkey, isn’t he??!! 😍

That’s right Tara , you have to be firm from the start , otherwise they never learn to respect your space , and they are so much stronger than people , if they are let to do what they want it can become dangerous, my friend let her now 7 years cob just do what it wants from a foal and though she has a friendly nature and likes to be with people gosh she is a right in your face mare and will just walk into you to get past , she has no respect.
