It will be one of the largest public works contractors. Graniterock/ Granite/ maybe a speciality dam contractor. Best believe all public works contractors will be after a piece of it. 10 years is a lot of separate and sub-contracts.

If they begin with 10 years quote, you know it will be delays till at least 15 years later before it's finished. If they say 5 years now I'd be confident it'll be finished 10 years later.

We must prepair for the anti dam anti reservoir movement. If they tear down dams that means hydro electricity and water goes bye bye for some. They're worried about the fish and drying rivers but some have businesses that rely on the reservoirs, and we have another drought

Why do they always have to indiscriminately bury all the fish alive when they drain these reservoirs? Then they do nothing to restock fish. These people are an ecological nightmare that’s only goal is to find ways to spend money for as long as possible or flood the homeless downstream. (Which I’m all for)
