He can literally shred blind folded and has some preternatural telepathic ability to identify guitar brands. To me that says he knows the industry inside and out and it makes me want to try one of his companies guitars even more. Most of the guitars you handed him are the same brands and models he plays with on Malta. Just bought one last Xmas and from that point to now, the guitar helped me a lot of things specially playing Jazz Fusion.

When I started playing back in 1981, there were no good cheap guitars. We had Hondo, and that was basically it. Eventually Squier started in around 83 and they were from Japan and still about $400-$500 bucks. Now you can get great stuff for around $200. It's insane. BTW. It doesn't surprise me Rob liked the Jackson best. I have 2 Dinky guitars that are about $400 and they are amazing for the $$$.
