It's so cool to see how he works. Love the fact that they're not pumping him up with heavy weight and bodybuilding style excersises. Seems like they're just trying to maximize his potential as an elastic sprinter. Looks like his core, upper back and quads got a bit fuller from last year as well. If Andre could get slightly more explosive strength, without gaining any weight, he'd be able to still be the elastic, bouncy and light sprinter that he is today, but with an improved start.

I like your points! But without HGH I don’t think his skeletal system can hold to much mass without effecting his range. I’d say he’s at his perfect size now

Bruce Blackshear I kinda agree! The reason why he is so fast is because of super bouncy tendons! So if he gets heavier, he'll lose his bounce. That's why I think he should not get any heavier, but optimally, he could add some leg power.

I actually love these videos. As a young Canadian sprinter who idolizes Andre it’s awesome to see his routines along with some of the ins and outs of his schedule like the video where he showed the filming of the commercial. Hope to meet you at nationals in Ottawa!

I really like the concept for these training videos, but in order for aspiring and current athletes to study greatness, they need to view the techniques properly. I agree with other comments in this forum: less zooming, wider shot, emphasis on full body, description of techniques and why it’s important (kinda like the previous episode at the track). Otherwise, keep up the good work and all the best for the upcoming season!

Thanks for your input brother, the footage used wasn’t initially intended for KZbin but for a short 1 minute Instagram video that’s why i filmed with the angles i did. Later on i decided to put these clips to use for the KZbin channel.

What a life for footballers and sprinters, you spend a vast part of your gym life from 15 not bulking ( healthy dry bulking) then you start bulking after retirement to have only 10 to 15yrs left for what some people gat a total of 37yrs to work on. Life is not balanced. That's where basketball gat a edge cos you can be bulked and still very valuable. Many BB started as basketballer or rugby, some swimmers.
