Hello, @Casandra Aleman. You can do a lot to avoid your pain, not to scream and cry. I'm a nurse, since years I've been studying the strong menstrual pain, to "prevent" it by means of some easy methods, instead of only "fighting" cramps. If you like, we can speak again and I will glad to send you the description of the method, to aid you not to suffer unnecessarily again.

I have super bad dysphoria when I’m on my period and I cry every night bc I hate it and I feel trapped in this body when I know I’m not supposed to be a girl but I feel like I’m the only one who gets rly bad dysphoria when on their period ( and other times to just it like spikes through the roof when it’s that time)

**TMI** I’m on my period right now and this morning we had a power outage and the water cut off and so I had to bathe with a bucket 😃 and a blood cloth was on the bathroom floor and I had to drag it with my feet and almost passed out 😃👍 I officially hate periods, having cramps isn’t even the half of it

I just started my period today, and I would say I barely change at all when I menstruate. I tend to be more emotional during my period and of course I would get a rather infamous period symptom: cramps. On rare occasions, my cramps would be so bad, that I vomit. Hell, my periods would even get longer (albeit slightly) on rare occasions. This normally happens to me due to stressing out. I hope this period is going to be the 5-day period I normally have or maybe even shorter than that. Despite my period struggles, I rarely skipped school (I graduated high school early) during my period and I would also do exercises in gym class.
