I've only just stumbled across your vlogs and just wanted to say how refreshing it is to see a large family which hasn't compromised quality of life. It is expensive to raise one child well yet you do it with 8 and if I'm not wrong would welcome even more. I enjoy plain chocolate like a Hershey bar, but I don't eat a lot. I don't really like all the sour stuff they do. Last night Tom asked all the kids to stop buying him stuff for awhile (we went to the grocery store and several of them came home with things for him) because his candy stash is getting much too large and he'll never eat it all. He was feeling a little depressed by too much candy! :)

Just visiting a Mills' Christmas 🎄, again, it's so nice. I ran across the comments about the thunderstorm in winter. I was stationed in northern Germany in the early 80's. We were having one heck of a snow storm, and I mentioned to my roommate that I saw what seemed to be lightning and the heard thunder. I'm from central Texas, we have our fair share of thunderstorms. I had never knew that you could have thunder, lightning, and a snowstorm at the same time. I was in my early twenties and I had a lot more to learn.
