Nie wiem jak wygląda to w tamtej firmie na co dzień, ale z doświadczenia wiem że to co się dzieje w tego typu produkcyjnych filmach gdzie się robi jedzenie.... Naprawdęv lepiej nie mówić bo człowiek traci chęć kupowania czegokolwiek. Ja tak miałem. Teraz wszystko robię samemu. Wolę poświęcić czas w ciągu dnia który mógłbym spędzić w jakiś bardziej rozrywkowy sposób, ale przynajmniej wiem co jem. Mam tylko nadzieję że ta firma z filmiku jest wyjątkiem i faktycznie jest nacisk na BHP i czystość. Nie przez same szefostwo bo to raczej oczywiście że chcą, ale przez brygadzistów, kierowników i pracowników przede wszystkim bo często BHP i czystość jest jedynie wtedy gdy szefostwo chodzi, albo gdy ma ktoś przyjechać na wizytę to wtedy cały zakład jest wywracany do góry nogami i potrafi być sprzątane to co było nie ruszane miesiącami.

🥟 🥟 🥟 🥟 🥟 🥟 🥟 Pierogi RUSKIE 🥟 - the name doesn't mean "Russian pierogi" (it would then be "rosyjskie pierogi"). We tend to use the word "ruskie" instead of "rosyjskie" in our spoken Language. And many people are confusing these names 😂😂😂😂 But the adjective RUSKIE comes from the "Ruś", which is a historical area, around the current Belarus, Ukrain, and Russia. These are not Ukrainian pierogi, and they are not linked to Russia, but a historical heritage of Kievan Ruś.😂😂😂

23:00 I'm from Poland and so I need to correct this lady. Pierogi Ruskie // Ruskie in the name of this dish is related to the land called "Ruthenia" not Russia. Ruthenia (''Ruś'' in Polish) was the Polish old name for modern day Ukraine and Belarussia. In Poland we have region called ''Ruś Czerwona'' (Red Ruthenia) in the very south/east of Poland and to this region (which is mostly in Ukraine) 'Pierogi Ruskie' owe their name. So from the beginning these were Ukrainian Pierogi. Ruskie in modern day also means Russian so that's why people misunderstand that.

I'll explain the factual error. The area of ​​the former Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth included the Ruthenian Voivodeship. It is from those areas that Polish dumplings(pierogi) come from. They were brought to the Crown (Poland) by St. Jacek Odrowąż. Russia was called Moscow in Polish until the 19th century. The word Ruski(Ruthenian) became synonymous with Russian in everyday language in the early 20th century. That's why people mistakenly associate Ruthenian dumplings with Russia. These are not Ukrainian dumplings either. These are Ruthenian dumplings from the Ruthenian Voivodeship.😉

Może nie jak u mamy bo trochę słabiej doprawione, aczkowiek ciasto nie wyglądało tak źle jak tutaj i przede wszystkim smakowało dobrze. Także myśle, że się da lepiej.
