The Washington Capitals have kicked off informal skates at the MedStar Capitals Iceplex, with players like Ethan Bear, Tom Wilson, and others participating in training sessions. Notable performances during the sessions include Bear's excellent skating and puck-handling skills and Wilson's improved puck control and shooting ability. Additionally, there is enthusiasm surrounding the active participation of players like Ovechkin, Chychrun, Dubois, and Strome. The scrimmage highlighted promising chemistry between Dubois and Ovechkin, with Ovechkin demonstrating offensive activity and strategic play. In other news, the Capitals have unveiled new jerseys for the upcoming season, featuring advertisements from sponsors like TikTok and Caesars Sportsbook, as well as a 50th-anniversary patch. The team also looks set to introduce a third jersey, inspired by the black Reverse Retro "Screaming Eagle" sweaters.

Lol, hey Dan! ….I commented on that TikTok reveal post…. AS AMAZING as that jersey is, celebrating the 50th… it’s now ruined. Looks stupid, hate the app… don’t know of ALLLL THINGS!- TikTok?!? Pfft…. 👎🏻👎🏻 I saw it on Soccer jerseys last year from across the pond, and laughed at how ridiculous it looked! Lol.

TikTok turned my child into a robot!! Such an unhealthy app for youth…. Why did we need to find an additional sponsor anyways?! The logo is ALREADY TOO BIG! Lol….like nascar, yea that’s ridiculous, they’re playing a sport- not skating in circles for ads! Ohhh yessss!-The reverse retro was my fave and I HAD TO GET WILSON! 💙❤️ still my favorite!! Dan did you ever get one?! You deserve to be sent one for free from them!
