I used to suspect this a bit but after seeing andrew legit in person and having seen guys with even like minimal amounts of sauce in their muscles I can confidently say that the guy’s arms are the real deal. Nobody has that hardness and separation irl with inflatable arms. Also I’m a med student and from his past photos they check out as being ordinary muscle.

@@muscl3beard Yeah, but it's really unusual for a guy his age to miraculously grow his arms like he has in just the last year!! He's 40 next year, and has been training for a long time. His arms look really fake to me now, and the muscles just don't move like they should!! They have also massively improved in just the last year, and that's not possible for a guy in his late 30's, who has been training a long time!!

All this video needed was another bit of Keone's S. Korean guest posing. Seriously though, nice concise update. Mike Sommerfeld is going to make a great Mr. O. He's exactly what the sport needs: someone that can have fun while competing at the highest level. Kai Greene was another top guy that had(has?) some really artistic interpretations; not only guest posing. Again, great job!

Martin is the new flavor of the week for the ifbb judges. Although I am one of those people who think he should have beat lunsford I think his physique still has a lot of filling out and maturing. We have never seen Martin conditioned properly. That is also true of Andrew Jack. The noise out of the Miami bodybuilding scene is that Andrew Jack is absolutely huge. Not just arms. Andrew needs to work on glutes and hamstrings and even a little bit of calves. I think we're finally going to see Andrew Jack on point. He really needs to get the hell away from psycho Lewis. That guy is dumb as a box of rocks

Mike summerfield with a mature body could win the open Olympia. Unlike Martin who has a lot of flaws Mike's physique is powerful without many real issues. Like you said he needs more muscle maturity but when he gains that he's not going to be able to make weight in the classic division. For some of these guys like him who have that huge legs as a base the transformation would be quite easy. He does not have a classic physique. It certainly leans more towards power and legs. That's why I believe he's further off done a lot of people realize. He needs bigger arms and a bigger chest and his back needs work also. The size of his quads make his waist look really small. If I was him I would put my butt on stage at the Arnold to see what he can do against Wesley without all the b******* that comes with the Olympia.
