I am still in confusion about what the charges even are. I get that it has to do with paying stormy daniels supposed hush money for sleeping with her, but aside from the fact that you could argue that to be prostitution and currently heresay because we have no evidence that it happened, the payment itself to stop someone from disparaging your name isn't inherently wrong or illegal.

@@anthonycampos8057 technically no. People knew Trump did nothing wrong due to lack of evidence and then from all the court cases evidence showed he did nothing wrong. With Biden, people know he's committed crimes due to evidence and then if he went to court that evidence would be used in those cases and if we went according to the letter of the law then he would in fact be found guilty. Same thing with Hillary Clinton. There are paper trails and witnesses including other physical evidence such as having a separate personal server housing official government information on it which is illegal. It's kind of hard to erase the fact that with Trump it's taken them years to try and stick some penal code to him to finally find him guilty as to where if it was Biden or Clinton the penal codes that were violated would be obvious and wouldn't take years to convict. There wouldn't need to be a search party going back all their lives to come up with something illegal they did.

He can't distinguish from proof of crime associated with the individual in order to enact a punishment and identifying that a crime is in progress. Conviction is only the circus that's required to enact punishment. The crime exists separately from that.

I think he was trying to argue that on a SUPER rare occasion, Americans might sneak over the border into Mexico or Canada without due process. In reality the court is designed for innocent people, so you can’t be wrongly convicted. THUS if someone unalives someone for no reason in public, and a judge was there, cops, other witnesses, it was caught on camera, and the guy after UA living the person says “I unalived this person”, then court or no court he did something illegal and is guilty. The court is just basically going to rubber stamp that and sentence. Doesn’t mean he’s innocent until proven guilty. So this guys argument about the courts and “innocent until proven guilty” is absurd. He knows the answer he just refuses to concede. People like this can never be trusted

For the state to enact punishment of a crime, a conviction is required. You defending yourself is not the state enacting punishment, but you as an individual. Of which, you determined guilt upon enacting the self defense. The question following that ends up being, does the state view your action as lawful or not and frequently in many states, they'll prosecute you for doing so regardless of the outcome of the "self defense".
