cant have pride in yourself if your starting point is "i have no value". All people have value. We are people. We built an entire world to ourselves. You can't say we are valueless. I loved there conversation about chess. I was taught chess at the age of 6 by my grandfather who is the greatest chess player I've ever met. In school chess is ridiculed and seen as something reserved for 'nerds'. But chess is a true game of the mind. In chess every game will play out differently like in life, we always face unique situations and it is unpredictable. In every game of chess a good player will come up with plans of attack but every move change a your way of looking at the board and you may have to change your plans and come up with new ones or improved ones. You have to also react to every one of your opponents moves, like in life there always is new threats and unforseen problems you have to face. As Andrew said in chess one little mistake will cost you the game. It forces you to always look and consider all your options before moving forward. In chess every piece has it's strengths and it's weaknesses like people do and only by using all those roles of those pieces to work with a coherent goal can victory be achieved by factoring in their differences and strengths and weaknesses. Often in chess like in life sometimes you have to make sacrifices in order to move forward which can feel counterintuitive but will be paramount to you winning. Chess teaches the basis of critica and objective thinking and if that is "for nerds" then I'm proudly a nerd. I'm in no way saying chess has all the answers or belittling anyone who doesn't play it, that is completely someone's right and some people will find it boring and fair enough but if you don't believe that is a good skill to master then good luck in your life. Chess is a positive pratice and I'm glad these two men have great respect for it.

I question if he would admit that a woman who has sexual trauma is considered less attractive or unfit for him. If so he has a very undeveloped heart and I cannot support him. If you don't go with the agenda they are pushing, they will silence you. When silencing does not work, they will smear your name and discredit you. When that does not work...ask Epstein Geez, just look at what they do to Trump, still to this day!! False claim after false claim, not because they have something on him. If they did, he would've been in jail long ago, it is simply bc they control the narrative and shove it down your throat on a daily basis until the sheep accept it as reality

Men need to be stoic, this man is not and I agree that is potentially dangerous. I agree with 90% of what he says too. He needs to check the belligerent tone so more people will be more willing to listen. What's the point if only the people who already agree with you listen to what you have to say.

Andrew doesn't take it far enough. with work, you can change your impulses, you can increase the time between the external stimuli and your impulses through meditation, you can change your emotional responses, you can change the thoughts of your default mode network. It's not enough to control yourself in the midst of your emotions, because this practice does not result in absolutely consistent virtuous behavior. Andrew's demeanor in this interview exposes the limits of his philosophy: he's obviously irritated and his irritation is negatively impacting his speech and causing him to get defensive. He's not completely out of control of his speech, here, but he's also not totally in control of it, either.

Something's off though. I think he contradicted himself a few times, back peddled, which made me feel like he's pandering some to his audience. But really the thing that's off is, after he said all he had to say, it just seemed like it was all excessive. Like I do not think that men are victimized and that there's this big lack of masculinity. All this does it make people mad about something that isn't an issue. I don't understand why, based on everything he said, why he has so much of a platform. It seems like he's selling something. He sounds like those really rich young guys who sell you investing courses. Like I'm really not getting his angle
