" I don't know how they get these positions. " Answer corruption and people voting the same morons in office. It's been how many decades since Reagonomics started basically rotting America from the inside out? How many decades does the US have to play this cat and mouse game where one gov repairs things and the other acts like a pathetic child who breaks everyone's toys because they don't get their way and by hell and thunder, if they can't have things, they'll steal, destroy and do anything possible to undermine everyone's work and time. US citizens need to add up to reality and start voting people who know what they're doing and that won't bend over to the first bribe that comes their way. Don't forget, it was corruption that brought the Titanic down, the iceberg was just a symptom of a larger problem that night.

It took me 5 years to come to that conclusion with my wife of 42 years but it has been worth it over and over. My wife and I had broken up after five years and she was dating someone else at a Halloween party and I knew they were there, long story but I happen to see them together and they were arguing when the guy up and slapped her. I like that you support your local starter/alternator rebuilder. That’s what I do for a living. It’s been a dying art for a long time, but it’s still crucial for many industries. I do mostly heavy equipment and industrial these days. I’m 36 but most guys our age just go buy a pos Wilson at the auto parts store and then come find me when it doesn’t work. I only use American made solenoids on diesel starters and the best parts I can get. So much junk from overseas

If the bushing in the nose is so worn it eats into the armature I have a special tool to turn the armature shaft down on my lathe and use an oversized bushing vs having to replace a $100 armature. Lots of little tricks. He’s right too with not having that correct solenoid that thing likely stayed engaged and that’s what destroyed the teeth on the drive. Thankfully it’s softer metal then your ring gear and that was ok.

Watching for a second time and have read all the comments. AC fan or what? Note worthy is Andrew has replies way deep in the thousands of comments. Very respectful. BTW, have not noticed video shuttering or video stutter. Thank you.

Brother i love what you do ! For winter time period you have to be more organized with diesel equipment since cold starts take longer and also not safe for engines. What i recommend you to do is to find 12v block heaters and equipp most of tractors or trucks you use during a winter.. I have cranes and always warm up blocks prior starting. You can do same with hydraulic tanks for better performance. Watching from Brooklyn!

Really appreciate the time you've taken to set up Premiere Pro and the hours spent planning, taking, and editing video for the channel, including drone footage w/o audio. You've come so far since the early days, always stepping up with the latest tech to deliver a solid experience. Still miss Levi.

As a life long mechanic who has thought about but never done it , I appreciated.when she put the nut in her mouth. Nothing sexual I swear! It's just savage and I loved it 😂

Great video. The rock crushing and road building videos are always my favorite. I get to enjoy them without actually having to be out and doing the work myself, although that can be enjoyable as well. It's nice being out of the snow though.

You right I do like the road building ones. Crazy to think that's the work all builds take to make.

Watching Sam learn how to stick weld was great. It's a weird thing to learn. "Push but not too fast, touch it but also don't, drag it along but also hover, you will figure it out."
@tomparker9966 Жыл бұрын
That looked like 7018 rods from the way they were restarting after initial weld. Those things are difficult to restart. I usually tap once hard against the workpiece then drag the rod to restart then just start drawing C 's for a nice uniform looking weld. Stick welding is becoming a lost art with the cost of wire feed welders coming down.

You have accomplished an amazing amount of work here, the roads look great. I like that you clean up the shoulders , seed and mulch as you go, it looks like a park

AWESOME Video Andrew Loved every minute of it. Those roads look great compared to when you moved in there. Winter will be less work & more play there now I bet. I just Love Your Video's Best Channel on U-Tube. Your Video's truly do motivate this old man, like they say you stop you die, lol. Thanks for all your Video's & keep them coming. You are truly a great young man and an inspiration to us all. God Bless You Andrew

Looks like you`re gonna crush some ice with those rocks to keep the dust down. Happy Birthday Blue, and Cody is a good dog too. Seeing all of that cold & snowy makes me glad I enjoyed a 82F day today in North Florida. Excavator is starving fuel - dirt or ice in filters. Most who complain about the property improvements you do will never have the $$$$$$$$ to buy the land PLUS the equipment you are using. Disappointed to see Weber use a rock for a hammer. Fine work you have done young Mr. C. (and glad you had help).

Dude did you just drop a 3 and a half hour video!!!! you’re awesome Edit: wow thanks for the likes guys! Now if only we could get this many to subscribe to the channel I started with my son we would be on our way to making better videos such as these and getting monetized 😂

Great video! The editing is just about perfect, where right about when I think about starting to skim to another part, either it speeds up, or changes to something else. Well worth watching the entire video. Thanks for sharing your experience Andrew, someday it would be cool to drive up there myself, with approval of course. Of course, I'm on the other side of the country with no money right now, so it won't be anytime soon!

For your service, as you said, you need a compactor with a powered roller drum. Powered rear tires will never have enough traction to push that passive roller drum. As always, enjoyed the video. The rock crushing sequences, while painful for you, were some of the best video material I've seen.

Mike Morgan or someone like him would have made this a 3 times a week, twenty minute videos, until finished project. Andrew does it in one. Andrew, thanks for doing what you do.
