BIQU Panda Jet Fan Duct Review

These results were not what I expected! DId I do something wrong? Should I test something else? Would YOU pay your hard earned money for it?

You didn't do anything "wrong", but many people have much better results after freeing the duct of the remaining powder inside. So Biqu shipped it, withou cleaning it properly. You could check if yours is blocked too. In my opinion the stock design isn't good at all and many parts come out poorly on my x1c. And Biqus design is way better (when the ducts are not blocked)

When split the fan output 4 way, there is only 25% for each direction instead of 50% for two ways. The stock fan may not be able provide sufficient airflow for either direction at 25%. I would say keep the stock duct and manually align overhang with the fan direction in slicer.

Take a look at other reviews - you likely have blocked fan ducts, it seems the QC on the earlier batches didnt remove huge chunks of dust from the production process clogging two of the ducts.

Nah, it was just one review and that guy only tapped out a few grains of powder. These things are just junk.

@@a.nonamoose video I saw wasn't just "a few grains". It was full on chunks of the stuff coming out of two completely blocked ducts. On their comments a few others were thanking him because they too assumed they were junk until they removed the clogs. Mine didn't have any crap in the ducts and is working great.

Nah, I tried EIGHT different ones and they were all bad. I used a pipe cleaner to fish the ducts and there was nothing there. The stock duct measures about 4.0 on an air flow meter and the Panda measures LESS THAN 1! They're junk.

Check if it clean inside - seems to be a quality control problem.. some are still full of sand or similar, so air doesnt come through all holes.

Hold on a minute, we have printers, if there was a problem with the stock duct Im pretty certain someone in the community would have designed a replacement duct, however, I cant find one. I think this video shows the reason why. It is $20 in the US but they charge us in the UK £28 which is $35.55, its a rip off! foreign manufacturers call the UK Treasure Island because they can charge ridiculous amounts of money for products, the difference in prices for computers and parts can sometimes be double the US price.

I should have watched this before I bought FOUR of them. They definitely aren't as good as the stock one. Im at the point of giving up on BIQU as a company. I've been happy in the past with their non-Bambu stuff but this "panda" line is mostly just trying to capitalize on the Bambu popularity.
