I just had a brain lightbulb go off. If a person had a van for short trips, but then a very small trailer for extra stuff on a long tour (like a scooter, wetsuit, outside portable table and canopy, dog food, etc.), then the combo could be apportioned for each adventure. I need to polish the thought more, but that's a starting point.

Great review, thanks for sharing. Personally now I am thinking if I change I would go rear lounge with a drop down rear bed. But prior to that thinking this was my preferred layout. I can see the large garage has its advantages. Its a very good price and on todays prices a lot of van for the money.

Nice rv. A little to dull and beige for me tough. This is 2022 , a bit more colour would lift it to a higher level i think . Never the less the lay-out is perfect despite the missing window in the door !

Hari OM Fords are fab to drive... but that sure was a lot of noise and one would hope the eventual production coach building is tighter than this! ... and if only the e-Ford base was out and ready... YAM xx

11.24 - teehee 😁 I like it. 😃 Mine is Italian and doesn’t have a window in the door either, it makes the back entrance and kitchen area very dark. I have an electric socket beneath my sink and above my fridge (yes - can’t access under sink without moving fridge! ).

I have the V5900 DB Fiat version so it was interesting watching your video , mine definitely doesn’t have the rattles from the Hab side of the van but our interior is similar so nothing new here . My only concern with Ford is the rust issue as they don’t use galvanised steel which Fiat do , otherwise than that a nice van and another great video 👍

Lack of windows. No window in hab door = cost cutting and disappointing. Hab window is a must for safety.

Evening Andrew…..& Dougal back home, lovely van, not sure the extra width adds anything special, still a good layout, I suspect the rattling would not be so prominent when cupboards and storage had items and weight in them, plus they may have left some detail features such as anti vibration rubbers out of the prototype…..just to get fixtures in place and sort out placement of certain items….👍🇮🇲

You seem to be taking more "evasive" action in this wider version than you did in the narrower van. Other than that and the rattles and bangs from the back there isn't much to dislike. I'm hoping that you had the opportunity to review the shorter 5.9 vehicle and we get to see a video of it.

Nice. Good value. If they sort out those squeaks and rattles, change the old fashioned style curtains that separate the cab from the living area, install integrated windscreen blinds... it will be a shot in the arm to their expensive (and, in my opinion, over priced) competition.
