Remember that the pulley ratio is 3:1 So... @ 7,000 rpm (engine), alternator is 21,000 rpm. Use Larger alternator pulley. With Smaller crank pulley, to slow down the alternator. Thanks for teaching us about Ford engines.

The 1996-2004 mustangs should of been 5.4 single over head cam even if it was cast iron that would of made the car way better even in 2v

Andrew is it a common issue with the mod motors and the passenger side chain my 04 cobra did the same thing and trashed the motor is there more stress on that side.

Cool car. You indirectly brought something up I don’t understand. Piston speed. I thought things get dicey after 4000fpm which is about 5700rpm but that 5.4 hits 6500 and you know it’s good for a lot higher?

Because I am using real world experience instead of some theory off the Internet. We rev the 5.4 in that lightning to 7k rpm no issue.

Summit has them. Latemodelrestoration has then. MMR has them. Those plates are everywhere. I had to buy another set 2 months ago. Think i paid 130$ for mine. Mine were for 2v tho. I assume they would be similar priced for the 3v

Just one more thing( I have reached out to you before about my 2v and the terminator x ). I have the f1 procharger setup and I'm being told with my innovative west 8 rib 6.5" pulley and 2.5" alternator pulley, I'm going to have charging issues in the higher rpms with my setup. Keep up the great work.

Whats going on bro! Beautiful car...still love the lightning truck too. I really like how the turbo is mounted on this car. Im trying to figure out where i need my inlet/outlet on my radiator and what my options are as far as moving the thermostat around. I do not have the thermostat housing and honestly dont like how its designed anyway. If you or anyone has suggestions drop them here for me please!
