I feel like I've really learned something about climbing slabs here. The outward pointing heel (18:54 and so forth) really seems like a key element to getting enough friction on the volumes.

a common tip you might end up hearing is to "drop your heels", lets the calves relax a bit and to get more rubber on the hold

The music was spot on in this video, giving it a relaxed feel despite the time crunch being felt by Louis. I wouldn't mind seeing some outdoor climbs, if possible, so us plastic crushers can see the joys of rock. Also, more on your training!

It makes me feel good that these are all movements I can do...as long as there are better holds/angles. Some of these moves are almost impossible to see how tough they are on screen until you try it yourself. Louis, Tom, y'all are awesome

Awesome video! Really liked having the other climbers try out the same difficult problem after each other and seeing some collective (I assume they're all learning from each other's beta) problem solving in action - the blue slab problem was a highlight for this reason. Was also cool to see how friendly the other climbers were. I think it would be really fun to have future videos hanging out with some of these climbers over some really difficult problems. Also, I recognise Orrin from previous Bouldering Bobat videos - was great to see him constantly popping in as a cameo in the background throughout the video. I'm hoping for a future collab with Orrin where he does more than random cameos with a climb or two thrown in :)

Different shoes will perform better or worse depending on the style of climbing you're doing (slab, crack, overhang, etc). There's a good video by Adam Ondra on KZbin that breaks it down nicely if you want to check that out.

Zone holds are typically in the midsection of climbs and are used to give climber's an opportunity to score some points even if they don't complete the entire climb. The points from zone holds also help spread out the distribution of points amongst all the competitors giving a better spread.
