Just a question....LCC have opened up RavensWall as well (at Ravenscourt Park) and I wondered if that has Permasets as well? I also heard they have secured a location to build another in Canary Wharf also, so your "charity event" could be 6 walls and cover north, west south and east london!!

Hey Guys, is it possible to make a video on injuries? I currently struggle with my ringfinger tendons, wrist tendons and epicondylitis. Despite resting and less training volume the pain returns time and time again. I boulder for about 2 years now, training 2-4 times per week depending on the pain. Thanks in advance!
@AndrewMacFarlane5 жыл бұрын
I've got something in the works on this topic. I'm going to be talking with a pro about injuries (mainly finger tendons) in the coming weeks. I know that struggle all to well- hang in there and talk to a physiotherapist who has worked with climbers if you can!
@MrWilmaDickfitt5 жыл бұрын
An old strongman trick that always helps my elbow tendonitis (not an avid climber, but I always get tendonitis after lots of pressing) is to take a rubber band, put it around your finger tips and thumb, and then open your hand and hold it for about 3 seconds. Repeat it 10-15 times per hand, I usually do 2-3 sets. It really helps to get blood into muscles that can be tight and pulling on your tendons, causing the pain. It should definitely help your fingers and wrist too!
