1. You can install apps from play store or just upload any .apk file directly to the device storage. 2. Virtual device keeps everything as you left it until you perform a hard reset (just like on a regular physical device). 3. Android Studio can be installed on Windows, MacOS, Linux, and Chrome OS.

Yes, you can run multiple virtual machines at the same time. At the beginning of the video, you can see that three virtual machines are up and running.

Is it possible to deploy this android emulator as exe file which starts by clicking on it? I mean without Android Studio environment?

Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. Same thing with all best simulators for Windows and other OS.

I tried installing it in rdp but at the edge of finish installing it, "Finish" button was muted after accepting license agreement

There's many ways how to make it work. For example you can download that apk file and install. Try another Android version for that particular device. I've noticed that some Android versions may not work perfectly for some devices. Some times you have to play with the hardware configuration, like add more RAM or storage memory or play with CPU/GPU settings.
