Just bought a brand new pair of Bose Quietcomfort Earbuds. Initially, I could hear audio but it would keep cutting out like it was losing bluetooth connection periodically. I received a phone call and it kept cutting out, so I took out the earbuds. At the conclusion of the call, I discovered my earbuds would no longer play music. When putting them in, I would only hear a chime from the left earbud, but not the right. When I attempted another call, it would only play on the left earbud. I followed all the steps in this guide, included the dreaded factory phone reset, and STILL can't get these earbuds to connect. Not sure if I should be pointing fingers at Bose or Google, but at this point, i'm too frustrated to care. I'm sending them back to Amazon. >_>

Appreciate the vid. After trying everything on this vid and other ideas without success, it dawned on me that maybe I need to reset (not flash) the bluetooth device itself. In my case, it was a headset that I was able to reset by pressing two buttons at the same time. Sure enough, it worked. So, if you have a way of resetting or maybe turning off and back on, your device, this might be the thing that works. When I think about it, I had never turned the headset off and back on again. It just always worked. Anyway, hope that helps someone.

My new Pixel 8 doesn't play nice with Dodge UConnect Bluetooth or even with USB-C wired headphones that worked perfectly with my Samsung. Connectivity is a bit flaky. Wired headphones require unplug and replug even when working and just changing to another app!

wired headphones shouldn't have any issue at all. I would look into doing an RMA so you could get a new Pixel 8

Any thoughts on this... Under Connected Devices, I see 3 Saved Devices, my headphones, my car, and my hearing aides. When I try to get the hearing aides to connect, it typically fails. Some days they connect, and others they won't, or they'll connect in the am and then refuse to in the pm. I never had this issue on my 4 year old LG G7 ThinQ. There's a bunch of other glitches too which I've reported to Google through the Send Feedback About This Device screen, but who knows if anyone is doing anything. I may have to dump this phone before the 30 day period is up and try a Samsung.

Any advice for me? I can connect my pixel 7 to everything except my bmw. It connects, but when you switch songs manually it begins to lag behind like 20+ seconds. Then it'll stop working for an extended period until it feels like kicking back in. I don't have this issue with Galaxy or iPhone.

This hasn't worked for me. My issue is my Pixel 7 will not sync messages with my 2023 Toyota system. Everything else is fine but the truck insists my messaging isn't enabled even though it is. HELP!!!!

don't miss this (like I did): when pairing headphones, take these steps - 1. make sure bluetooth is on for your pixel phone 2. navigate to the "pair new device" button and click on that 3. as your phone is scanning your environment for devices to pair, turn your headphones on 4. (step I missed) HOLD THE ON/OFF BUTTON ON YOUR HEAD PHONES DOWN UNTIL IT GOES INTO PAIRING MODE 5. you should now see your head phones finally show up on devices your pixel phone can pair with 6. click on "pair"

Hello friends, my Pixel 7 has cellar network connection issues. During the call sometimes I can't hear another persons voice or just It hanging out call by itself. So does anybody knows what time will arrive new update/upgrade for this phone's? Someone told me before that new update should fix this issues, but update arrival time is unknown for me. Unfortunately today we have reality that Chinese phones are working better than US ones, it's shame of Google!

"Turn it off and on again" Yeah like that ever works. ...Only it did bloody work this time! Pre-reboot, only 'WH1000-XM3' showed up and while it 'paired' it wouldn't connect. Post-reboot, the expected 'LE_WH1000-XM3' appeared. Paired and connected instantly. Seriously nuts how these things work out. I've been pairing and unpairing for ages, wracking my brain as to why it won't just shut up and connect. Even tried connecting via NFC and via the Sony App with no luck. All it needed was a simple reboot, god damn it.
